Privacy Policy & SMS Terms
This policy explains how Expect More Marketing LLC, working together with AI Infusion Strategies LLC ("we," "us," "our"), handles information collected through expectmoremarketing.com and through our communications with you.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out our form, call, text or email us, we collect what you share, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, contact preference, text-message consent and the details of your request.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site, and the site's fonts are served from our own domain, so viewing it does not connect your browser to any third party.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and schedule consultations
- To provide, support and improve the services you hire us for
- To send information you've asked for, including appointment and project updates
- To keep business records and comply with the law
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the text-message box on our form, or text us first, you agree that we may send text messages about your request, such as scheduling, follow-ups and service updates.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting and form processing, email, phone and messaging, and scheduling tools. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
Systems we build for clients
When we build or run systems for a client, such as an AI receptionist, information about that client's customers is processed on the client's behalf, under our agreement with that client and the client's own privacy practices.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client information only as long as we need it to respond, provide services and maintain required business records. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing emm@expectmoremarketing.com. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
